Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Sl4u’s judgement of the state of the Products. Sl4u reserves the right to refuse any returns. Sl4u may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products prior to accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Sl4u may result in Sl4u’s refusal of return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from Sl4u may result in Sl4u’s refusal of return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of Sl4u’s return process. This process may take several weeks to complete. Please follow the instructions below to return your Product.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
